1. Product Catalog & Inventory Sync

Navigate to the Product Catalog tab in your dashboard. You can add your products, set price points in USD ($), upload SKU codes, configure sizes and color variants, and write sales pitches. Aria AI automatically references this live catalog to quote accurate prices, recommend complementary accessories, and answer questions.

2. AI Sales Personality & Discount Rules

Under the AI Persona & Rules tab:

  • Agent Persona: Customize Aria's tone (Casual & Friendly, Professional, or Hype/Trendy).
  • Bundle Discounts: Configure automated 10% discounts when a buyer purchases 2 or more items.
  • Shipping Rules: Real-time USPS ($4.99) & UPS ($9.99) rates with free shipping for orders over $60.

3. Connect Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (Production)

To connect your live WhatsApp Business phone number: 

# In your .env file:

WHATSAPP_VERIFY_TOKEN=wabotix_secret_verify_token

In Meta Developers Console → WhatsApp → Configuration, set the Webhook URL to: https://your-domain.com/api/webhooks/whatsapp with your verify token, and subscribe to messages.

Deploy to any Ubuntu VPS with PM2 to keep your agent answering inquiries 24/7 without downtime:

Ringkasan cara instalasi dan pengoperasian Wabotix untuk pemilik toko.

  1. Ekstrak File ZIP: Buka file Wabotix-Sales-Agent.zip ke folder komputer Anda.
  2. Jalankan Program: Klik ganda file start.bat (Windows) atau ketik node server.js di Terminal (Mac/Linux).
  3. Buka Admin: Buka browser Anda di http://localhost:3000.
  4. Kelola Pelanggan & Kirim ZIP: Masuk ke tab Active Clients & Users untuk memantau status pengguna aktif dan klik Send ZIP & Tutorial Email untuk mengirimkan file software beserta panduan ini langsung ke email client Anda.
  5. Hubungkan ke WhatsApp Resmi: Masukkan kredensial WhatsApp Business API Anda ke file .env dan atur Webhook ke URL server Anda.
